The invention discloses a transparent foamed aluminum composite board and a preparing method thereof. According to the method, a UV resin coating is attached to a foamed aluminum board base body surface, the UV resin coating is epoxy crylic acid or crylic acid polyurethane or unsaturated polyester or crylic acid polyester or crylic acid ether resin, and the UV resin coating is higher than the foamed aluminum board base body surface by 1 mm in the thickness direction. The preparing method includes the steps that the foamed aluminum board surface is input into a die after being processed, the foamed aluminum base body surface put in the die is brushed with UV resin, and the coating needs to be higher than the foamed aluminum base body surface by 1 mm in the thickness direction; the foamed aluminum base body surface evenly brushed with the UV resin is put under an ultraviolet light source to be irradiated and cured, and the transparent foamed aluminum composite board is prepared. According to the transparent foamed aluminum composite board and the preparing method thereof, the sound absorption and noise reduction function of foamed aluminum is kept, the strength of the foamed aluminum is improved, corrosion resistance is achieved, in addition, the UV resin coating has good transparency, the aesthetics character of the porous structure of the foamed aluminum can be maintained, and the transparent foamed aluminum composite board and the preparing method thereof can be applied to decoration in the fields of buildings, arts and the like.
