The invention provides a side roof bolter. The side roof bolter comprises a side roof bolter body, a level adjustment component and a vertical adjustment component that are connected in sequence, wherein the level adjustment component comprises a screw rod and horizontal sliding rods; the vertical adjustment component comprises an oil cylinder and vertical sliding rods; the side roof bolter body is movably connected with the horizontal sliding rods and the screw rod which are parallelly arranged; when the screw rod end is rotated, the adjustment for the horizontal array pitch of the side roof bolter is achieved through the screw rod, a screw rod nut matched with the screw rod and the horizontal sliding rods playing a guiding role; the level adjustment component is movably connected with the oil cylinder and the vertical sliding rods which are parallelly arranged; the adjustment for the vertical interval of the side roof bolter is achieved through the vertical stretch and shrink of a piston rod in the oil cylinder and the vertical sliding rods playing a guiding role. According to the side roof bolter provided by the invention, the adjustment for the horizontal array pitch and vertical interval of the side roof bolter can be achieved, so that the demands of various operating working conditions are met.
