The invention discloses a detachable type wear-resisting plate structure for a bucket. The detachable type wear-resisting plate structure for the bucket comprises a main cutter plate, a wear-resisting plate and a connecting bolt. An adjusting through groove which is perpendicular to the cutter plate face and penetrates through the main cutter plate is formed in the main cutter plate. The adjusting through groove extends in the width direction of the main cutter plate. An installing hole perpendicular to the wear-resisting plate is formed in the wear-resisting plate. An electromagnetic device is arranged on the wear-resisting plate. The magnetic force end of the electromagnetic device is in magnetism connection with the main cutter plate. The connecting bolt penetrates through the adjusting through groove and the installing hole from one side of the main cutter plate and is connected with a nut. The detachable type wear-resisting plate structure for the bucket has the advantages that adjustment of the relative position of the wear-resisting plate and the main cutter plate along with abrasion of the wear-resisting plate can be achieved, the wear-resisting plate is utilized to the maximum extent, and the cost is reduced.
