The invention discloses a bucket wear-resisting plate structure. The bucket wear-resisting plate structure comprises a main cutting plate, a wear-resisting plate and a U-shaped screw, a plurality of through holes are formed in the manner of being perpendicular to the plate face of the main cutting plate, three installing holes are formed in the manner of being perpendicular to the plate face of the wear-resisting plate, the distance between adjacent through holes correspond to the distance between two adjacent installing holes, two ends of the U-shaped screw are inserted into two adjacent through holes respectively from one side of the main cutting plate, then inserted into the two adjacent installing holes, and connected with bolts. By means of the bucket wear-resisting plate structure, the relative positions of the wear-resisting plate and the main cutting plate can be regulated constantly along with abrasion of the wear-resisting plate, the wear-resisting plate is utilized to the maximum degree, and the cost is lowered.
