Composite flame-retardant building material and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a composite flame-retardant building material and a preparation method thereof, the composite flame-retardant building material includes 17-22 parts of aluminum phosphate, 5-10 parts of aluminum borate, 4-9 parts of zirconium dioxide, 5-11 parts of antimony trioxide, 6-12 parts of diatomaceous earth, 12-15 parts of magnesium chloride, 10-12 parts of boron carbide, 13-17 parts of isoprene rubber, and 5-10 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) Taking the aluminum phosphate, the aluminum borate, the zirconium dioxide, the antimony trioxide, the diatomaceous earth, the magnesium chloride and the boron carbide for mechanical pulverization; (2) taking, by weight, the materials, and evenly stirring; (3) press-molding the mixture of the material of the step (2), and cooling to prepare the composite flame-retardant building material. The prepared composite flame-retardant building material has good compressive strength, flexural strength and flame-retardant effects.
