The invention provides a flame-retardant warm edge spacer bar, a flame-retardant composite material used thereby, and a preparation method of the flame-retardant composite material. The flame-retardant warm edge spacer bar comprises a flame-retardant composite material frame body with a square section and a rectangular flame-retardant composite material reinforcing body; a first stainless steel sheet and a second stainless steel sheet which are symmetrical axially are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper surface of an upper plate body of the square flame-retardant composite material frame body; and a first bending sheet body and a second bending sheet body are vertically inserted into the upper plate body from the upper surface of the upper plate body, sothat the upper plate body forms a broken bridge structure. The invention additionally provides the flame-retardant composite material used by the flame-retardant warm edge spacer bar as well as the preparation method of the flame-retardant composite material. During use, the spacer bar achieves a warm edge energy-saving effect, has flame-retardant and fireproof properties, is complementary to themiddle broken bridge while reflecting the metal texture in appearance, has simple and beautiful appearance, and has excellent fire-proof and flame-retardant properties.
本发明提供了一种阻燃暖边间隔条及其采用的阻燃复合材料以及制备方法,本发明的阻燃暖边间隔条包括截面为“口”字型的阻燃复合材料框体,矩形阻燃复合材料补强体,在“口”字型的阻燃复合材料框体的上板体上表面的左、右两侧分别设有沿轴向对称的第一不锈钢片和第二不锈钢片,第一弯折片体和第二弯折片体分别自上板体的上表面垂直插入上板体内部,使上板体形成断桥结构。本发明另外提供上述阻燃暖边复合间隔条采用的阻燃复合材料以及该材料的制备方法。本发明的间隔条在使用中不仅起到暖边节能作用,还具有阻燃防火性能,在外观上体现金属质感同时又与中间断桥相互衬托,外观型式简洁美观,并且具有优良的防火阻燃性能。
