Microwave drying equipment for high-speed railway ballast
The invention provides microwave drying equipment for high-speed railway ballast. The microwave drying equipment comprises a generator set, a microwave power supply, a microwave heating and drying device, a hot-air system, a lifting mechanism and a running chassis, wherein the generator set is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the running chassis; the microwave heating and drying device and the hot-air system are mutually connected, and connected with the running chassis through the lifting mechanism. The railway ballast is quickly heated by utilizing the high penetrability and the selective object heating property of microwaves, and hot air and high-temperate waste gas which are generated when the generator set works assist in drying the railway ballast. During drying, the air temperature can be automatically regulated, so that the railway ballast can be quickly dried and meet the construction requirement for temperature, and therefore, the quality and speed of glue pouring for transition sections of a high-speed railway are improved. The microwave drying equipment is suitable for construction of new railways and maintenance of existing railways, and also used for other drying occasions which are similar to ballast.
