High-speed railway ballast bed construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for a ballast bed of a high-speed railway. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, determining the laying position of a railway ballast mat and pretreating the railway ballast mat; 2, laying and fixing a railway ballast pad; and thirdly, railway ballasts are laid, and rails are mechanically laid. The railway ballast layer is laid on the beam surface, and the buffer cushion layer is additionally arranged, so that the effects of retarding pulverization of a ballast bed and reducing the maintenance workload are achieved; the railway ballast layer is good in elasticity and durability, and the maintenance cost is reduced; the bottom railway ballast cushion layer is arranged between the beam surface and the track, so that the impact force on the lower foundation when a train travels can be reduced, the elasticity of the track structure of the high-speed railway can be improved, and the stress of the track structure is improved; and the side railway ballast cushion layers are connected with the bottom railway ballast cushion layer, so that a certain buffering effect can be achieved on the impact force borne by the bottom railway ballast cushion layer.
本发明公开了一种高速铁路道床施工方法,该方法包括:一、确定道砟垫铺设位置并对道砟垫进行预处理;二、铺设并固定道砟垫;三、铺设道砟并机械铺轨。本发明在梁面上铺设道砟层,增设了缓冲垫层,起到减缓道床粉化、降低养护维修工作量的作用;且道砟层弹性及耐久性好,减少了维修成本;在梁面和轨道之间设置底部道砟垫层,能够减少列车行进时对下部基础的冲击力,可提高高速铁路轨道结构弹性,改善轨道结构受力;且侧部道砟垫层和底部道砟垫层相连接,能对底部道砟垫层受到的冲击力起到一定的缓冲作用。
