The invention provides a rapid-cooling bridge with an automatic-cleaning expansion joint device. The automatic-cleaning expansion joint device comprises a left half frame part (3), a right half frame part (4), an upper elastic covering part (62) and a lower elastic covering part (61), wherein the upper elastic covering part (62) and the lower elastic covering part (61) are positioned between the left half frame part (3) and the right half frame part (4) and used for covering expansion joints between the left half frame part (3) and the right half frame part (4) above and under the payment of the bridge, respectively; and a first mobile cleaning plate module (9) and a second mobile cleaning plate module (8), which are arranged in an anterior-posterior direction, are arranged in chambers (30, 40) enclosed by the left half frame part (3), the right half frame part (4), the upper elastic covering part (62) and the lower elastic covering part (61).
