Segmented bonding prestressed pipe used for immersed tunnel
The invention relates to the technical field of immersed tunnels, and especially relates to a segmented bonding prestressed pipe used for an immersed tunnel. The segmented bonding prestressed pipe comprises a plurality of segments of bellows arranged in all pipe joint segments, and segment connecting pipes connecting two adjacent bellows. The segment connecting pipe is correspondingly arranged on the seam of two adjacent pipe joint segments, and comprises a connecting outer pipe and a connecting inner pipe arranged in the connecting outer pipe. A prestressed steel strand passes through the segment connecting pipes and the bellows in sequence. Two ends of the connecting outer pipe are respectively abutted against the bellows on two ends of the connecting outer pipe. Through the connecting outer pipe which is partially unbonded or weakly bonded cooperating with the connecting inner pipe, splicing surfaces between the pipe joint segments are ensured to have flexibility characteristic of limited stretching, and meanwhile through the bonded bellows, stretching amount between the pipe joint segments is effectively restrained, preventing excessive stretching. The inner wall on two ends of the connecting outer pipe is respectively provided with stop blocks used to limit positions of the connecting inner pipe, ensuring centers of the connecting inner pipe and the connecting outer pipe to be basically consistent.
