The invention provides a brick framework anti-seismic constructional column and ring beam integrated building method. The method includes the steps of building brick frameworks and brick walls, placing rebar frameworks, placing pull rebar screen pieces, pouring concrete, conducting vibrating and conducting maintenance. According to the method, column and beam frameworks are built through bricks of a small size and common bricks, cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns, ring beams and the common brick walls are connected into a whole, and the seismic resistance of the brickwork structure can be improved effectively; the brick frameworks have good sealing performance and overall stiffness, pouring, vibrating and maintenance of concrete in shells are facilitated, the thickness of protection layers of rebar can be increased, and the rebar corrosion degree is lowered; conventional steel-wood formworks are replaced by the novel brick frameworks, the formwork erecting cost can be lowered effectively, the construction cycle can be shortened effectively, integrated combination of the anti-seismic constructional columns, the ring beams and the brick walls and the consistency of the building appearance are achieved easily, and the method is suitable for multi-layer brickwork houses built by fired common bricks, autoclaved coal ash common bricks, autoclaved lime sand common bricks and the like.
