A fireproof heat-insulation true-stone paint is formed by mixing a pre-prepared liquid, a heat-insulation resin powder and sintered color sand, wherein the weight ratio of the pre-prepared liquid, the heat-insulation resin powder to the sintered color sand is 255-270:30-40:680-720. The pre-prepared liquid is prepared by mixing following raw materials, by weight, 310-320 parts of water, 1.5-3 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of additives, 180-200 parts of a foaming catalyst, 40-55 parts of a foaming agent, 35-60 parts of a carbon forming agent, 365-785 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion, 20-27 parts of a film-forming additive and 4-5.5 parts of a BIT bactericide. The true-stone paint has the effects of fire proofing and heat insulation, is excellent in heat insulation performance, is easy to prepare, is quick to dry with time saved, and is convenient to construct.
