The product is prepared from 40-45% of 10-50-mesh fused quartz silicon micropowder, 40-45% of 50-100-mesh fused quartz silicon micropowder, 5% of 100-200-mesh fused quartz silicon micropowder, 4% of 200-mesh-above fused quartz silicon micropowder, 5.5% of water, 0.15% of nano adhesive, 0.15% of polyacrylamide, 0.1% of ammonium persulfate, 0.05% of tetramethyl ethylene diamine and 0.05% of polyethyleneglycol 200 by using a blending machine, a ball mill, a forming machine, a kiln and an cylindrical grinder as equipment. The product is mainly used as a transmission component for glass horizontal tempering furnaces, solar (float) glass annealing furnaces, metallurgical silicon steel strap annealing furnaces and solar polycrystalline/monocrystalline silicon wafers.
