Production method for square fused quartz ceramic crucible
The invention discloses a production method for a square fused quartz ceramic crucible, and belongs to the field of re-processing of fused quartz. The product takes fused obtuse-angle quartz sand with SiO2 content which is 99.9% or more and diameter which is 0.075 mm-1.5 mm as a raw material; and a production process comprises: I, putting high-purity obtuse-angle quartz sand, in vacuum, into a graphite forming mould; II, carrying out electric-arc welding and forming on the raw material in vacuum; III, naturally cooling and de-molding the raw material; IV, spraying the raw material at a high pressure; and V, sintering the raw material in a kiln to obtain a finished product. The technological process has the main advantages that: the used devices are fewer, the investment is small, emission of poisonous and harmful gases and liquids is avoided, the product quality is good, and the high-quality square fused quartz ceramic crucible can be produced in batch.
