The invention provides a full-cross-section concrete bridge deck pavement device and method. The full-cross-section concrete bridge deck pavement device comprises a truss type leveling machine and a track. The truss type leveling machine comprises a truss, wherein three groups of rolling shafts are arranged at the bottom of the truss, the first group of rolling shafts includes a first vibrating shaft and a second vibrating shaft, and the first vibrating shaft and the second vibrating shaft are parallelly and successively connected and are connected with a first motor. The second group of rolling shafts includes a first leveling shaft and a second leveling shaft, and the first leveling shaft and the second leveling shaft are parallelly and successively connected. The third group of rolling shafts includes a third leveling shaft and a fourth leveling shaft, the third leveling shaft and the fourth leveling shaft are parallelly and successively connected, the first leveling shaft and the third leveling shaft are connected with a second motor, and the second leveling shaft and the fourth leveling shaft are connected with a third motor. The full-cross-section concrete bridge deck pavement method comprises the steps of 1 track installation, 2 framework installation, 3 concrete distribution, 4 leveling and 5 floating. By means of the full-cross-section concrete bridge deck pavement device and method, the construction efficiency is improved and the service life of a bridge is prolonged while the stable and reliable concrete paving flatness is ensured.
