The invention discloses a sound absorption fireproof decoration plate and a manufacturing method of the sound absorption fireproof decoration plate. The sound absorption fireproof decoration plate comprises a base plate and a face plate, wherein sound absorption holes are formed in the face plate; the base plate is formed by mixing magnesium oxides, a solution, a foaming agent, a modification additive and a filling material according to a certain proportion; and ingredients of the solution comprise magnesium chlorides and magnesium sulfates. When the technical scheme disclosed by the invention is used, the plate specific gravity is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the heat insulation, sound absorption and ventilation properties are enhanced; the quality of a product is improved; and the service life of the product is prolonged.
