In the early stage of a fire, people can twist the sleeve to enable the air outlet hole to communicate with the air outlet cavity, fire extinguishing air in the air storage box can be slowly released to an external space to restrain fire behaviors, then people can quickly escape from a fire scene, time is bought for arrivalof a fire fighting truck, and property losses are reduced as much as possible.
