The invention specifically discloses a reactive high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of waterproof materials for buildings. According to a main technical scheme in the invention, the waterproof coiled material is composed of a surface waterproof layer, a middle high-molecular self-adhesive layer and a bottom isolating layer. The surface waterproof layer is a low-density polyethylene waterproof board or EVA plate; the middle layer is a high-molecular self-adhesive layer, wherein active groups in the layer can react with concrete through chemical cross-linking so as to form a spatial three-dimensional cross-linking network with a concrete interface, which enables water breakthrough resistance and durability of the waterproof coiled material to be substantially improved; and the bottom layer is a PET isolating film coated by silicone oil. The waterproof coiled material can serve as long as a building.
