Method for preparing ecological active residues by treating electrolytic manganese residues by virtue of rotary kiln plant
The method for preparing ecological active residues by treating electrolytic manganese residues by virtue of a rotary kiln plant mainly comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) proportioning the materials; proportioning 50-75% of electrolytic manganese residues, 5-15% of stone coal, 19.7-50.0% of waste stone residues and 0.3-2.0% of an alteration agent by a microcomputer; (3) pulverizing: feeding the materials into a raw material vertical mill system to be mixed and pulverized; and (4) calcining: feeding the powder into a dry-method rotary kiln preheater system and feeding the powder into the rotary kiln to be calcined for 15-60 minutes at 1150-1350 DEG C to obtain the ecological active residues. By virtue of the method provided by the invention, active residues and active residue powder with relatively high additional value and wide use can be produced by effectively utilizing the electrolytic manganese residues and other wastes with a low cost.
