Aerated bricks made of waste phosphorus slag
The invention discloses aerated bricks made of waste phosphorus slag. The aerated bricks comprise, by weight, 300-310 parts of waste phosphorus slag, 46-50 parts of quick lime, 3-5 parts of stalactite powder, 6-10 parts of quartz sand, 4-6 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 1-3 parts of silicon carbide, 0.6-1 part of lauryl mercaptan, 1-2 parts of ammonium trimolybdate, 1-2 parts of sodium diacetate, 2-3 parts of high-boron calcium borate, 0.1-0.3 part of aluminum nitride, 0.4-0.6 part of maleated rosin, 50-60 parts of ordinary portland cement, 6-10 parts of biomass resistance-increasing agent and 0.4-0.5 part of aluminite powder. The waste resources of bark and cocoanut husks are adopted as biomass raw powder of the added biomass resistance-increasing agent, a fiber material with good toughness can be obtained through enzyme treatment and alkali treatment, the fiber material and glycidyl methacrylate are subjected to blending modification, and surface resistance is improved; then, the fiber material, a saline solution and polyvinyl alcohol are mixed and dried. In this way, effective recycling of the resources is achieved, and the stability of the agent is improved.
