Method for curing artificial stone through microwave heating
The invention provides a method for curing artificial stone through microwave heating. The method comprises the steps that A, raw materials of the artificial stone are injected into a mold (or inner mold) after being burdened, and artificial stone which is not cured is formed; B, the artificial stone and the mold (or inner mold) are put in a microwave curing cavity together; C, the artificial stone in the microwave curing cavity is heated through microwaves and made to be completely cured, and the frequency of the microwaves ranges from 300 MHz to 1,120 MHz; D, the microwave curing cavity is opened, and artificial marble and the mold (or inner mold) in the microwave curing cavity are taken out; E, demolding is carried out, and the cured artificial marble is released out of the mold (or inner mold). The individual microwave curing cavity is designed, and the large-size artificial stone can be cured fast through the characteristic that the microwaves with the specific frequency of 300 MHz to 1,120 MHz are large in penetration depth.
