Artificial quartz stone microwave curing method
The invention discloses a microwave curing method for artificial quartz stone. The microwave curing method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials and paving a mold; (2) high-vacuum vibration pressing; (3) sending the sample to an admission cavity; (4) conveying the sample to the center of a curing cavity, and heating and curing the sample by using microwave equipment with the microwave frequency of 2450Mhz; (5) conveying to a product outlet cavity for slow cooling; (6) discharging out of a product outlet cavity and demolding; and (7) cooling to room temperature, grinding and polishing, and determining the thickness to obtain a finished plate. According to the method, microwave with the specific frequency of 2450 MHz is utilized, an industrial intelligent regulation and control system is assisted, intelligent regulation and control over microwave curing of samples of different sizes and different formulas are achieved, uniform and rapid curing of artificial quartz stone veneers can be achieved, and the maximum thickness can reach 80 mm; meanwhile, the access cavity, the curing cavity and the product outlet cavity which are sequentially connected through the conveying belt are designed, and the microwave leakage risk is greatly reduced through the multi-layer design of the comb-shaped sheet type microwave suppressor, the wave absorbing plate, the reflecting plate, the metal wire mesh sealant and other microwave suppression pieces.
本发明公开一种人造石英石微波固化方法,包括以下步骤:(1)配料,铺模;(2)高真空振动压制;(3)样品送至准入腔;(4)送至固化腔的中央,使用微波频率为2450Mhz的微波设备对样品进行加热、固化;(5)送至出品腔缓慢冷却降温;(6)送出出品腔脱模;(7)降至室温可打磨抛光,定厚后,获得成品板材。本发明利用特定频率为2450MHz微波,辅以工业智能调控系统,解决不同尺寸与不同配方样品的微波固化的智能调控,可实现人造石英石单板的均匀快速固化,最大厚度可达80mm;同时,设计由传送带依次相连的准入腔、固化腔、出品腔,并通过梳状片式微波抑制器、吸波板、反射板和金属丝网密封胶等微波抑制件的多层次设计,极大降低了微波泄露风险。
