The invention discloses a cleaning trolley sweeping plate cover cap, a sweeping plate and a cleaning trolley. The cover cap is formed by a cover body, a dust collecting pipe and a main suction nozzle, wherein the bottom of the cover body is provided with an opening extending out of a rotary cleaning brush for the sweeping plate; the dust collection pipe is installed on the cover body; one end of the main suction nozzle is communicated with the dust collection pipe; and the other end of the main suction nozzle extends along the opening of the cover body to form an internal suction port. When the sweeping plate works, along the rotation direction of the cleaning brush, the internal suction nozzle is arranged over the tail end of an area, in which the rotary cleaning brush can have contact with the ground by the sweeping plate; when the ground is swept by the sweeping plate, the distance between the internal suction port and the ground can be shortened and can directly face right to a dust-sweeping concentrating area during the work of the sweeping plate; under the same suction negative pressure, dust collecting effect of the sweeping plate can be improved and raising dust can be prevented from escaping and cleaning brush raising dust can be prevented; and cleaning brush raising dust can be well sucked with high efficiency via adjustments of the gap between the internal suction port and the ground, the included angle with the ground, the internal suction port opening width and the internal suction port opening length.
