The invention discloses a sweeping trolley for cleaning a sidewalk on a pavement step. A gear cavity I is formed in a machine body; cleaning devices for cleaning sidewalks are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the gear cavity I; the cleaning device comprises gear cavities II symmetrically formed in the left side and the right side of the gear cavity I; a sliding cavityis formed in the lower side of the gear cavity II; a cleaning block used for road cleaning and garbage concentration is arranged in the sliding cavity; and a rotating rod cavity is formed in the lowerside of the gear cavity I. According to the invention, the cleaning devices are arranged, so that the ground on the two sides of the sidewalk road can be cleaned through the cleaning block; the sweeping trolley is provided with a garbage cleaning device, and garbage cleaning can be conducted on the greening ground through leftward or rightward movement of the cleaning box; and the sweeping trolley is provided with a recycling device, so that garbage in the middle of the bottom of the trolley can be cleaned through a cleaning wheel, and then the garbage is recycled through rotation of an impeller.
