A fixed shaft A is fixed to the radius portion of the circular wheel A and hinged to the upper end of a hinge rod A. The lower end of the hinge rod A is hinged to the left end of the upper portion of the triangular body. A circular wheel B is output from the right portion of the gearbox. A fixed shaft B is fixed to the radius portion of the circular wheel B and hinged to the upper end of a hinge rod B. The lower end of the hinge rod B is hinged to the right end of the upper portion of the triangular body. The cross section of the triangular body is triangular. The three inner angles of the triangular body are each provided with multiple transverse cutters. The lower portions of the three sides of the triangular body are each provided with multiple longitudinal cutters.
