The invention provides a thin-wall inner flange C type steel post beam connecting joint and a thin-wall inner flange C type steel post beam connecting structure. The thin-wall inner flange C type steel post beam connecting joint comprises groove-shaped bodies which are in mutual vertical arrangement, wherein a support square block is arranged inside each groove-shaped body; a groove surrounds the outer surface of the outer end part of each groove-shaped body; each support square block corresponds to the located position of the corresponding groove; a notch is formed in the edge position, near the corresponding groove-shaped body, of each support square block; the connecting structure comprises the connecting joint, thin-wall inner flange C type steel and a packaging hoop belt; the thin-wall inner flange C type steel is arranged on the groove-shaped bodies of the joint in a sleeving way; and the packaging hoop belt is arranged outside the inner flange C type steel in a sleeving way and binds up and connects the inner flange C type steel. In the use process, the insertion connection is firstly carried out; then, a hoop bar is packaged; inserted and connected sectional materials can be firmly fixed through the grooves and the tooth-shaped notches or recessed parts formed in the joint; and the axial jumping cannot occur, so that an installed steel structure framework is very firm.
