The connecting joint comprises groove type bodies or a groove type body set, the groove type bodies are arranged in an obliquely crossing mode, square supporting blocks are arranged in the groove type bodies or the groove type body set, grooves are formed around the outer surfaces of the outer ends of the groove type bodies or the groove type body set, and the square supporting blocks correspond to the positions of the grooves. Gaps are arranged at the positions, close to the edges of the groove type bodies, of the square supporting blocks. The connecting structure comprises the connecting joint, thin wall inner flange C-type steel and packing straps. The groove type bodies or the groove type body set of the joint is sleeved with the thin wall inner flange C-type steel, and the thin wall inner flange C-type steel is sleeved with the packing straps and is bound and connected. In the use process, inserting is firstly carried out, then stirrups are packed, an inserted section can be firmly fixed through the grooves and the tooth-shaped gaps or pits in the joint, and axial twitching is not generated any more. Therefore, a mounted steel structure framework is quite firm.
