The invention relates to an assembled type compound energy dissipation damping support which is composed of anti-buckling supporting elements and viscoelasticity damping elements. Each anti-buckling supporting element comprises a core material, an outer sleeve, an unbonded material and an internal filling material. Each viscoelasticity damping element comprises a viscoelastic material, a steel bottom (cover) plate and an anti-buckling component. By means of the assembled type compound energy dissipation damping support, the defect that the elastic state of a traditional anti-buckling support does not dissipate energy is overcome, the mode that the viscoelasticity damping elements are connected in parallel is adopted, and the overall energy dissipation capacity of the support is improved. Through the split machining and assembling method of the viscoelasticity damping elements and the support, the mechanics and energy dissipation mechanism of the compound energy dissipation damping support is clearer, machining and transport are more convenient to conduct, batch production is facilitated, and the production cycle of products is shortened, and the cost is lowered.
