A method for installing and tensioning stay rope among nodes of an N-shaped rope network includes the steps that anchoring cylinders, symmetrical about node discs and provided with the stay rope, of the to-be-installed stay rope serve as anchoring points and are fixed through high-strength bolts, active tensioning counterforce points are installed on lengthening sleeves of the to-be-installed stay rope, tensioning rods penetrate through two shoulder pole beams, one ends of the tensioning rods are directly anchored to the ends of the shoulder pole beams through tensioning nuts and thick bottom plates, the other ends of the tensioning rods penetrate through supporting pins and jacks to be anchored through tensioning nuts and serve as tensioning ends, the supporting pins serve as temporary anchoring devices when the stroke of the jacks is controlled by oil pumps, the anchor shoulder pole beams and the jacks of the to-be-installed stay rope are repeatedly tensioned and dragged till fork lug holes of the to-be-installed stay rope and pin holes of the node disc are overlapped and connected through fork pins so that the stay rope can be installed and tensioned among the nodes. By means of the method, under the conditions of limited counterforce space, difficult counterforce point search and the like, the large tensioning force required for installing the stay rope can be met, detaching, assembling and constructing are facilitated, and installing quality and work efficiency are improved.
