The device comprises a fixed bracket, a moving piece, a counter lock knob, first square steel and second square steel perpendicular to the first square steel, wherein the counter lock knob is fixedly connected with a first gear; one end of the first square steel is fixed with a second gear; the second gear is engaged with the first gear; the first square steel is inserted with a third gear capable of sliding in the axial direction of the first square steel; one end of the second square steel is fixed with a fourth gear; the fourth gear is engaged with the third gear; a first chute is formed in the fixed bracket; the end part, connected with the fourth gear, of the second square steel is fixed on the moving piece; the other end of the second square steel penetrates through the first chute for connecting with a lock body; a guide groove is formed in the moving piece, and is movably butted against the first square steel; through the structure design, the counter lock knob can be suitable for lock bodies with multiple different knob hole distances; and users can purchase the lock bodies with different model numbers in different factories on the market for voluntary replacement.
