The invention provides a sound insulating board which comprises inner cores of corn stalks and an adhesive, wherein the mass ratio of the inner cores of corn stalks and the adhesive is (20-30): (18-22). According to the sound insulating board provided by the invention, the inner cores of corn stalks are taken as a material which is reasonably matched with the adhesive to form a novel material. The novel material is remarkable in sound insulating property. By using the novel material as the sound insulating board, the sound insulating property of the sound insulating board is remarkably improved. The invention further provides a preparation method of the sound insulating board. The invention further provides a door which comprises a first door plate, the sound insulating board and a second door plate arranged in an overlaid manner sequentially. The sound insulating board comprises the inner cores of corn stalks and the adhesive, wherein the mass ratio of the inner cores of corn stalks and the adhesive is (20-30): (18-22).
