The invention discloses an anti-seismic and sound-proof composite board which is sequentially provided with an upper firm layer, an anti-seismic layer, a sound-proof layer and a lower firm layer from top to bottom. The anti-seismic layer is sequentially provided with an upper modified graphite plate, a middle PETG plate and a lower modified graphite plate from top to bottom; the sound insulation layer is sequentially provided with an upper modified carbon nanotube plate, a middle polyimide resin plate and a lower modified carbon nanotube plate from top to bottom. The composite board provided by the invention has very excellent anti-seismic and sound-insulating properties.
