At first, ZnO, ZrO2, TiO2 and Nb2O5 are weighed according to the ZnZrTi3Nb2O14 stoichiometric ratio, burnt at the temperature of 850 DEG C in advance after ball-milling, drying and sieving are carried out, and synthesized into frit; 1.55-2.05% of polyethylene and (1-6)wt% of CuO are added into the frit, and the mixture is compressed into a green body through pressure after ball-milling, drying and sieving are carried out; the green body is sintered at the temperature of 880 DEG C-920 DEG C, so that the intermediary agent temperature stabilization type microwave dielectric ceramic material is prepared.
