The invention discloses a construction method of a steel casing guard wall of a manual hole digging pile. The depth of a soft soil layer is measured through a steel tube insertion method at the opening of a dug hole, and a certain thick-bottom steel plate is rolled into a round steel casing, wherein the inner diameter of the round steel casing is consistent with the outer diameter of the pile; then, the round steel casing is pressed into and penetrates through the soft soil layer through a static-pressure or mechanical method; the part, in the steel casing, of the soft soil layer is manually dug out, downward digging continues being performed through a conventional method, and the guard wall is constructed till concrete pouring is completed. According to the technical scheme, the construction method is simple and easy to implement; no special machine is needed; the construction period and the construction cost are hardly influenced; smooth construction of a manual hole digging pile foundation with the ground layer mingled with a soft soil layer is guaranteed; the construction safety and quality of pile foundation engineering are guaranteed.
