本发明适用孔桩护壁施工技术领域，提供了一种人工挖孔桩预制护壁施工方法，依次在预制工厂预制护壁段的各预制件，预制件包括有标准块、邻接块和封装块，2～4个所述标准块、2个邻接块和1个封装块合围形成一个护壁圈，多个护壁圈的沿轴向堆叠形成一个护壁段，每一个所述护壁段内相邻的所述护壁圈通过螺栓固定连接，沿预设计桩孔的高度方向向下开挖桩孔，每挖到深度为预设深度的一个桩孔段时，在该桩孔段内支设一个护壁段，并在第一个护壁段支设完成后注入水泥浆，直到完成预设计桩孔深度的护壁支设，最后吊装钢筋笼，浇筑桩身混凝土，本发明采用预制管片，能实现护壁快速支设，地层适应性广，管片厚度和灵活调节，安全性更高。
