The high-temperature-resisting fireproof aluminum alloy plate comprises an aluminum alloy plate body arranged at the central position, wherein titanium-silicon alloy layers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the aluminum alloy plate body, fireproof layers are symmetrically arranged on the outer sides of the titanium-silicon alloy layers, a plurality of tightly-connected fireproof bags are arranged inside the fireproof layers, higher than 90% by mass of superfine dry powder fire extinguishing agent and a gas generating agent are arranged in the fireproof bags, the outer sides of the fireproof bags are covered with polyurethane layers, and the outer sides of the fireproof layers are bonded with PE protection films through bonding agent layers. The high-temperature-resisting fireproof aluminum alloy plate is light in weight, has higher fireproof performance and noise reduction and sound insulation performance. In addition, the anti-corrosion performance, anti-impact performance and damp-proof effect of the high-temperature-resisting fireproof aluminum alloy plate are obviously improved, an application range is wider, and the service life is longer.
