The system comprises a core tube part and a peripheral part, wherein the core tube part comprises wall columns, stairs, floors, beams, an elevator shaft system and an external wall; the wall columns, the stairs, the floors and the beams all adopt aluminum templates; the elevator shaft system comprises an elevator shaft aluminum die, an elevator shaft work platform and a scaffolding standing platform; the external wall adopts a climbing formwork which comprises a steel climbing formwork and an external wall work platform. The safety of the commercial building construction system is improved, the construction cycle is effectively shortened, and accordingly, the construction cost is reduced.
