Energy-saving and sound-isolation door leaf
The invention discloses an energy-saving and sound-isolation door leaf. The door leaf is formed by symmetrical C-shaped structure plates through multi-point welding; a heat insulation rubber strip is additionally arranged between two plates; and a cavity part of a door leaf side plate is filled with a bridge opening plate. The energy-saving and sound-isolation door leaf has the advantages that the door frame and door leaf cold bridge can be isolated; indoor and outdoor heat conduction is blocked; energy sources are saved; the mute effect is achieved; the collision rate between the door leaf and a door frame during door closing is reduced; the outdoor sound and vibration conduction is reduced; the width (nested wall thickness) dimension of the door frame is adjustable, so that the standard dimension production of the product door frame with different wall thicknesses can be realized, and the material utilization rate and the production efficiency are improved; and the current condition that only one edge of the existing steel door integral door frame can be provided with a decoration edge can be changed, and the attractive degree of a product is improved.
