The invention provides a height adjusting gasket. The height adjusting gasket comprises a height adjusting gasket body, wherein at least one surface of the height adjusting gasket body is provided with one or a plurality of sunk parts; each sunk part extends from the interior of the height adjusting gasket body to the exterior of the height adjusting gasket body to form a cavity; the cavity is communicated with the sunk part; the sunk part is used for strengthening the friction between the height adjusting gasket and other articles. The height adjusting gasket is made from a glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite, wherein the composite is uniformly dispersed inside and has a stable structure, so that the height adjusting gasket made from the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composite has good stability.
