The present invention discloses high strength and high impermeability concrete for float collars and float shoes, wherein the high strength and high impermeability concrete comprises 15-25 wt% of cement, 25-35 wt% of fine aggregate, 35-40 wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.5-2 wt% of an early strong agent, 2-5 wt% of silica fume, 3-5 wt% of fly ash, 3-5 wt% of an expander, 0.2-0.5 wt% of a water reducer, and 5-15 wt% of water. The concrete of the present invention has characteristics of high compressive strength, good impermeability, short hydration time, simple production process and rapid stripping, and is especially suitable for easy-drilling type float collars, floating shoes and other cementing tools, wherein the compressive strength can achieve C70-C110.
