Light and high-strength partition board and production process thereof
The invention discloses a light and high-strength partition board, which includes a board core and board slabs covering the front side and back side of the board core. The board core is composed of ceramsite, light mineral waste slag, cement, fly ash, fiber, a foaming agent, an early strength agent, a foam stabilizing agent, and a waterproof agent. The board slabs comprise magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, magnesium containing talc powder, fly ash, fiber, a modifier, a deformation preventing additive, alkali resistant glass silk gridding cloth, and water permeable or impermeable nonwoven fabric. The invention also discloses a preparation method. The partition board provided by the invention has light weight, and the volume weight is about 660Kg/m<3>, which is reduced by over 100kg/m<3> than that of conventional calcium silicate board light partition boards, thus bringing convenience to installation. The cost is low, and is lowered by about 10% than that of existing concrete foamed light partition boards. The employed raw materials and production method are green and environment-friendly, low-carbon and energy-saving. The produced slab is sound insulating and anti-seismic, has high strength, saves space, and is simple and rapid in construction.
