Oil-resistant calcium silicate plate prepared with industrial waste, and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of calcium silicate plate, and especially relates to an oil-resistant calcium silicate plate prepared with industrial waste and a production process thereof. The oil-resistant calcium silicate plate is prepared from the raw materials of, according to material dry weight, 35-45 parts of blast furnace slag, 5-15 parts of fly ash, 10-25 parts of desulphurization gypsum, 1-5 parts of mica powder, 20-35 parts of an anti-UV-aging agent, 5-10 parts of satin powder, and 0.05-0.1 parts of polyetherimide. The blast furnace slag, fly ash and desulphurization gypsum are solid wastes discharged from a smelting factory. The calcium silicate plate product provided by the invention satisfies all index requirements of national standard. With the product, environment pollution caused by industrial solid waste discharge can be reduced, and waste is turned into usable matters, such that economic and social benefits are provided. Added polyurethane elastomer has excellent wear resistance and oil resistance, and is a polar polymer which can be organically combined with polypropylene. Therefore, the mechanical performance of a polypropylene cable material can be effectively improved. Added fluororubber has the characteristics such as high temperature resistance and oil resistance. With the other added fillers, other physical performance and processing performance of the cable can be enhanced.
