The invention provides a calcium silicate board prepared from industrial solid wastes and a preparation method of the calcium silicate board. The calcium silicate board is prepared from the followingraw materials in percentage by mass: 5-20% of cement, 20-45% of waste powder, 10-45% of fly ash, 10-20% of quicklime powder, 1-10% of wollastonite and 3-10% of reinforced fibers. Wherein the waste powder comprises powder obtained by crushing and grinding waste plates and cutting leftover materials in a calcium silicate board/fiber cement board production line and powder generated in sanding, edging and chamfering sections, and the fly ash is solid waste particles discharged in the fuel combustion process. According to the invention, industrial solid wastes such as fly ash and waste powder in acalcium silicate board/fiber cement board production line and cement are used as main raw materials, and quick lime powder, wollastonite and reinforced fibers are matched to produce and prepare the calcium silicate board meeting the national standard, so that the product not only can reduce the pollution of industrial solid waste emission to the environment, but also can improve the quality of the calcium silicate board. And the economic and social benefits of turning waste into wealth can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种利用工业固废制备的硅酸钙板及其制备方法,该硅酸钙板包括按质量百分比计的如下原料组成:水泥5~20%,废弃粉料20~45%,粉煤灰10~45%,生石灰粉10~20%,硅灰石1~10%,增强纤维3~10%;其中,所述废弃粉料包含硅酸钙板/纤维水泥板生产线中废弃板材和切割边角料经破碎、研磨处理后的粉料以及砂光、磨边、倒角工段产生的粉料,所述粉煤灰为燃料燃烧过程中排放的固体废弃物颗粒。本发明以粉煤灰、硅酸钙板/纤维水泥板生产线中废弃粉料等工业固废和水泥为主要原料,并配以生石灰粉、硅灰石和增强纤维,生产制备符合国家标准的硅酸钙板,产品不仅能减小了工业固废排放对环境的污染,还能起到了变废为宝的经济和社会效益。
