Composite autoclaved aerated concrete block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a novel building material, in particular to a composite autoclaved aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof. A finished-product implantation method is adopted, after being produced ready, B03-grade autoclaved aerated concrete is placed into a B05-grade autoclaved aerated concrete production formwork, and composite autoclaved aerated concrete can be obtained through the processes of pouring, precuring, cutting and autoclaved curing. According to the composite autoclaved aerated concrete block and the preparation method thereof, by using B05-grade autoclaved aerated concrete which is good in physical performance to 'wrap' the B03-grade autoclaved aerated concrete which is good in thermal insulation effect, so that the composite autoclaved aerated concrete is obtained, the good physical performance of the composite autoclaved aerated concrete is achieved, better thermal insulation effect can be achieved, and the safety and the comfort level of a building enveloping structure are further improved.
