The ceramic material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of silicon micropowder, 60-80 parts of industrial waste slag, 4-6 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 8-12 parts of zirconite, 6-8 parts of brown fused alumina, 4-6 parts of Datong soil, 1-2 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 3-5 parts of arabic gum, 3-5 parts of chromium nitride, 0.5-1 part of aluminum metaphosphate, 3-4 parts of paddy husk, 2-3 parts of polyoxyethylene abietate, 3-5 parts of propanediol, 2-4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose and 6-7 parts of reinforcer. By using the industrial waste slag as the main raw material, the ceramic material is low in manufacturing cost, and avoids the pollution caused by industrial waste slag. The added chromium nitride, zirconite, brown fused alumina, chromium nitride, reinforcer and other components obviously enhance the mechanical strength of the ceramic material and improve the wear resistance, heat resistance and durability of the ceramic material. Thus, the ceramic material has long service life and has important economic benefit and social benefit.
