The invention relates to a CO2-resistant perovskite type oxygen-permeable membrane material and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of functional ceramic manufacturing. Perovskite type Ba0.8La0.2Co0.88-xFexNb0.12O3-delta (x is equal to 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.5) powder is prepared by adopting a solid-phase synthesis method, a wafer biscuit is manufactured through pressing under a certain pressure after mixing at a certain mass ratio and a corresponding ball-milling technology, and then sintering is performed for 8-10 h at the temperature of 1170-1270 to obtain a mixed conductor single-phase oxygen-permeable membrane. The prepared oxygen-permeable membrane is compact in sintering and single in structure, and is free of impurity-phase generation. At the temperature of 900 DEG C, the oxygen-permeable amount of the oxygen-permeable membrane under the atmosphere of pure CO2 is finally stabilized to be 0.31 mL.min<-1>.cm<-2>.
