Synthetic preparation method of BaCoxFe1-xO3-delta cubic perovskite oxygen permeable membrane material
The invention belongs to the field of preparation of novel cubic perovskite oxygen permeable membrane materials, and relates to a synthesis preparation method of a BaCoxFe1-xO3-d cubic perovskite oxygen permeable membrane material. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving Ba (NO3)2, Co(NO)3.6 H2O and Fe(NO3)3.9 H2O in deionized water, adding EDTA and citric acid, adding ammoniawater, and stirring the materials to obtain a clear solution; (2) heating and stirring the obtained solution to obtain colloid; (3) heating and combusting the obtained colloid, and roasting powder obtained by combustion to obtain a BaCoxFe1-xO3-delta perovskite powder material; (4) putting the obtained BaCoxFe1-xO3-delta perovskite powder material into a stainless steel mold, and pressing the powder material into an oxygen permeation membrane sheet; and (5) sintering the obtained oxygen permeation membrane at high temperature. The target product has a pure-phase cubic perovskite structure, andis high in oxygen permeation amount, ideal in compactness and good in stability.
本发明属新型立方钙钛矿透氧膜材料制备领域,尤其涉及一种BaCoxFe1‑xO3‑d立方钙钛矿透氧膜材料的合成制备方法,按如下步骤实施:(1)将Ba(NO3)2、Co(NO)3·6H2O与Fe(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,再加入EDTA和柠檬酸,加入氨水,搅拌至澄清溶液;(2)将所得溶液加热、搅拌得到胶体;(3)将所得胶体加热、燃烧,并将燃烧所得粉体焙烧,得到BaCoxFe1‑xO3‑δ钙钛矿粉体材料;(4)将所得BaCoxFe1‑xO3‑δ钙钛矿粉体材料置于不锈钢模具中,压制成透氧膜膜片;(5)将所得透氧膜片高温烧结。本发明目的产物具有纯相立方钙钛矿结构、透氧量高,致密性理想,稳定性好。
