Manufacturing process for high-precision precise ceramic balls
The invention discloses a manufacturing process for high-precision precise ceramic balls. By selecting silicon nitride as a material, the manufacturing process consists of five processes: sintering, coarse-grinding; fine-grinding; initial-grinding; and fine-grinding. The sintering process is a hot isostatic pressure process which comprises the steps: mixing 90% by mass of silicon nitride (Si3N4) with 10% by mass of a sintering aid; and by using nitrogen as a pressurizing medium at a temperature of 1500+/-50 DEG C, pressing the mixture for 3-5 minutes by equal static pressures in all directions and sintering and moulding the ceramic ball, wherein the equal static pressure values in all directions are arranged from 6Mpa to 7 Mpa. The technical effect that the manufacturing process for high-precision precise ceramic balls is simple, relatively low in cost and relatively high in efficiency is realized.
