Ceramic balls and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to an antibacterial ceramic ball using zeolite as a major material to provide an excellent antibacterial effect, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: (a) a raw material preparation step of inputting zeolite powder and minor materials into a ribbon mixer and performing mixing to prepare a raw material; (b) a mixing step of inputting a fixed amount of the raw material and antibacterial powder into a high-speed mixer with a screw feeder to perform mixing; (c) a molding step of mixing a predetermined amount of water and the mixed powder to make a mixture and granulating the mixture into a spherical shape with a disc type molding apparatus to form a molded body; (d) a drying step of drying the granulated molded body to decrease the moisture content within 10%; (d) a sintering step of sintering the dried molded body at a temperature of 950 to 1,050°C for 60 to 100 mins; (e) a cooling step of cooling the sintered molded body; (f) a screening step of screening the cooled molded body into each size with a screen; and (g) a packing step of packing a predetermined amount of the selected molded body for each size.
본 발명인 제올라이트를 주재로 하는 항균 세라믹볼 제조방법의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) 제올라이트 분말 및 부재료를 리본 믹서에 투입하여 혼합하여 원료를 준비하는 원료준비단계; (b) 원료 및 항균제분말을 스크류 공급기(Screw Feeder)를 이용하여, 정량으로 고속혼합기에 투입하여 혼합하는 혼합단계; (c) 혼합된 분말에 일정량의 물을 혼합하여 혼합물을 만들고, 원판형 성형장치를 이용하여 혼합물을 구형으로 입상화하여 성형체를 형성하는 성형단계; (d) 입상화된 성형체를 건조하여 수분함량을 10% 이내로 하는 건조단계; (d) 건조된 성형체를 950~1050℃의 온도로 60~100분 동안 소성하는 소성단계; (e) 소성된 성형체를 냉각시키는 냉각단계; (f) 냉각된 성형체를 스크린을 이용하여 크기별로 선별하는 선별단계; 및 (g) 선별된 성형체를 크기별로 정량 포장하는 포장단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
