The invention discloses a combined track adjusting member. The combined track adjusting member comprises a track supporting member and a straightness adjusting member, wherein the height of a track is adjusted by using the track supporting member; the straightness of the track is adjusted by using the straightness adjusting member; and the track supporting member and the straightness adjusting member are fixed in a casting stand in a cast way. The combined track adjusting member disclosed by the invention is advantaged in that the mounting accuracy of the track is high so that requirements on high-accuracy mounting can be satisfied; and as adjustable allowance in both vertical and horizontal directions are great, 18mm can be adjusted in the vertical direction and 28mm can be adjusted in the horizontal direction, a problem of settlement in civil construction can be preferably solved. The invention further discloses a combined track adjusting method.
